By placing an order with Beets Inc. Creative, you represent that the information provided in connection with your purchase is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizes, quantities, scent information, ingredients or safety information when provided, usage instructions, pricing, shipping information, and applicable store policies before completing a purchase.

Beets Inc. Creative products are intended to be used only for their stated purpose and according to the directions and safety information provided with the product. Beets Inc. Creative is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, payment irregularities, pricing or listing errors, inventory issues, abusive conduct, or misuse of our purchasing process. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, any amount owed back to the customer will be handled as required by applicable law and the payment method used.

Our Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy are incorporated into these purchase terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
