Refund policy

BEETS INC. CREATIVE — REFUND, RETURN & CHARGEBACK POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our handmade, made-to-order, and fragrance-based products, Beets Inc. Creative does not accept returns or exchanges and does not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, scent preference, ordering the wrong item, or failure to review product information before purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, sizes, quantities, scent descriptions, usage instructions, and order information before completing checkout.

Fragrance preference is subjective. A customer disliking a fragrance, believing a fragrance is too strong or too light, or changing their mind about a fragrance does not make the product defective and is not grounds for a return, exchange, refund, replacement, or store credit.

Opened, used, tested, altered, or partially consumed products are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or contains an incorrect item due to an error by Beets Inc. Creative, the customer must contact us within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

The customer must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the affected product
  • Photographs of the shipping packaging
  • A description of the issue

Additional photographs or information may be requested to verify a claim.

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with applicable law and may be resolved through replacement of the affected merchandise, store credit, refund, or another appropriate remedy as determined by the circumstances.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Beets Inc. Creative is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

When carrier tracking confirms an order was delivered to the shipping address supplied with the order, that delivery information may be used as evidence of fulfillment in connection with any subsequent payment dispute.

Any suspected lost, stolen, or misdelivered package should be reported promptly so the circumstances can be investigated with the applicable carrier.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers are strongly encouraged to contact Beets Inc. Creative directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve legitimate order concerns.

A chargeback should not be used to circumvent this posted All Sales Final Policy, including disputes arising solely from buyer’s remorse, scent preference, failure to read product descriptions, or dissatisfaction with a properly described and fulfilled product.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, Beets Inc. Creative reserves the right to dispute the claim and submit supporting evidence to the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer.

Supporting documentation may include, where applicable, the customer’s:

Order confirmation, billing and shipping information, checkout records, acceptance of store policies, product descriptions, communications with Beets Inc. Creative, fulfillment records, shipping records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, photographs, and any other documentation relevant to the transaction.

Knowingly making false statements in connection with a payment dispute does not alter the customer’s obligations under applicable law or the terms of the transaction.

Beets Inc. Creative also reserves the right, where legally permitted, to refuse or cancel future orders from customers who have engaged in fraudulent activity, abusive payment disputes, or other misuse of our purchasing process.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because orders may enter processing shortly after they are received, orders are not guaranteed to be eligible for cancellation after purchase.

Submitting a cancellation request does not mean that the cancellation has been approved.

POLICY AGREEMENT

By completing checkout and placing an order with Beets Inc. Creative, the customer acknowledges that they have had access to and agree to the policies presented during the purchasing process, including this Refund, Return & Chargeback Policy, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law.

Beets Inc. Creative reserves the right to update this policy as permitted by law.
